Ron Aronson, CRB, GRI, President / Owner
A resident of Kona since 1970, Ron has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1978. His experience has been varied and includes all areas of Real Estate Sales and Management. His specialty is project sales and development consultation. Professional designations include Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and GRI (Graduate, Realtor's Institute). Ron believes that a successful business environment requires a healthy, sustainable community. His commitment and dedication to the Kona community is highlighted by his involvement in the following organizations:

Sue Aronson, RB, CCIM, CRS, GRI,
Vice-President/Owner
Sue grew up on Oahu and together with her large family enjoyed hiking, fishing and swimming. She moved to The Big Island in 1976 and became a Realtor to help families purchase their own home. She loves gardening and enjoys planting and watching everything grow so quickly. “It is so rewarding to see families grow and I am now helping my client’s children in the purchase of their own homes.”
Through the years, she has been a strong advocate in the protection of our environment and natural resources. As a member of the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce, she chairs the annual environmental conferences. In 2006 she was named “Environmental Advocate of 2006”.
Continuing education helped Sue to earn the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). She counsels clients in their real estate needs and what is in their best interest. She has some clients for twenty years and constantly receives referrals from many sources throughout the state and through the CCIM and CRS referral system.

Roxanne “Rocky” Baker, RB, ABR
Rocky has been a resident of Kona since 1982 and has been licensed to sell real estate since 1982. She is a Broker-Realtor and an Accredited Buyer Representative. Her specialties include residential sales, condominiums, vacant land, oceanfront, and upper-end homes. To help her clients reach their Kona real estate goals, Rocky uses her 18 years of market knowledge to explore all options available.

Valerie Schuldheisz, RS
Valerie traveled to Hawaii yearly for 10 years until permanently moving to the Big Island six years ago. The minute she first stepped off the plane into the warm balmy air filled with the scent of plumeria, she knew she would someday make this her home. She is constantly awed by the golden sunsets, secluded beaches, sparkling blue seas, rain forests, waterfalls, lava fields and beautiful vistas of this island. Val truly enjoys living here in Hawaii and feels very fortunate to live and work in this paradise.
Valerie specializes in the new development projects and neighborhoods that Kona Coast Realty Corporation represents. Seeing new homes being built, families moving in and communities forming is something she really enjoys being part of. “I strive to contribute positively to our growing community, while advocating smart growth to preserve open space and recreational areas and quality of life for future generations.

Ben Sosna, RB, GRI
With over 22 successful years in real state, Ben offers a wealth of experience to both buyers and sellers. Married with two grown daughters, and a Kona resident of over 20 years, he listens to his client’s needs and helps them achieve their real estate goals quickly and completely.

Walter Sinicki, RB, ABR
Walter moved to Kona and entered real estate in 2000. Having lived in Osaka, Japan for the previous 10 years, his mastery of the Japanese language is an asset in multi-cultural Kona, Hawaii. His deliberate manner and attention to details made Walter an immediate success, particularly in the sale of oceanfront condominiums, homes, and land. He lives in Kailua Kona with his wife and dog. Playing classical guitar, swimming, and reading are Walter's outlets when not showing property.

Sue Williams, RB, ABR
Sue Williams, Accredited Buyers Representative, and Realtor-Broker, has 25 years of real estate experience. She has been licensed in Florida, Washington, and currently here in Hawaii. Sue’s background in mortgage brokerage and administrative work, and a degree in business add an extra dimension to the service she provides her clients.
A tireless volunteer in each community she has resided, Sue has chaired many committees with Habitat for Humanity, and currently is a director on the Kona Board of Realtors, where she has served both on the Programs and Membership committees. In recognition of her enthusiastic involvement in both the board and the community, she was voted Realtor of the Year for 2004.

Summer Aronson, RS
Born and raised in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, Summer was reared in the business and went on to graduate near the top of her class with a degree in Sociology from Santa Clara University. In 2004, she brought her professionalism and intimate knowledge of the Big Island to Kona Coast Realty Corporation, specializing in residential, condominiums, and vacant land. Summer is an exclusive sales agent for Castle & Cooke Waikoloa, LLC’s first planned community on the Big Island, Wehilani at Waikoloa.
Summer was named 2006 Realtor of the Year by Castle & Cooke Waikoloa, LLC. She prides herself on providing exceptional service to her clients, believes in sustainable growth, and is always up for a yoga class. |

Jeff Beban, RS
The allure of the ocean and the “Island Lifestyle” drew Jeff to Hawaii in 1969. He moved to the Big Island in 1976 where he met his wife Susie. After their son was born 1978, they decided to move back to the mainland in 1981and settled in Ventura, California for 21 years. While in California, the Real Estate industry seemed appealing so he got his license in 1989 and began his career in this fascinating profession. They returned to the Big Island in 2002 where he worked as an Account Manager for a large Title and Escrow Company for about a year.
Currently, he is a Board of Director with the Kona Board of Realtors. He is also involved with Habitat for Humanity where he is the Tournament Director for a charity golf tournament that raises monies to build homes for the local families of Kona.
Jeff enjoys golf and anything that has to do with the ocean. He presently lives in Waikoloa Village. |

Aziza Wang, RB, ABR
Born in Saudi Arabia and raised in Jordan, Aziza is truly our international representative. Arriving to the Big Island in 1998, she brings fluency in English, Arabic, Chinese and French to our team.
She not only has an English and French Literature degree from University of Jordan, but also furthered her education by completing her continuing real estate accreditation, thus earning her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designations.
Aziza and her husband reside in Waikoloa and both enjoy time at the beach and take advantage of the many recreational opportunities of the Big Island.
